Once you have decided to use our services, you can order them by phone, email, fax, letter or, in the most simple way - by filling in the form on this page. The order must contain your invoicing details (name and registrred office of the company, company registration number, tax identification number/identification number for VAT, customer’s name), quantity or description of what you require, date of consignment. If there are any special requirements you wish to have on your invoice, please, let us know. We usually do not ask regular clients about that.
One standard page means 1800 characters including blanks; that means 30 lines with 60 characters in each of them. If you want to know how many standard pages you have, you can find it out with almost any text editor like Microsoft Word (Tools – Sum Total – Characters including blanks). Divide the number of characters by 1800 and you will get the number of standard pages. This is the basis for price calculation.
The translation can be in various forms, for example Word, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat Reader etc. We usually maintain the layout and do not change it unless you ask us to do so.
